May 8th, 1961 at the Red Oak School, <br />Sherwood Rd. and Red Oak Dr., Minneapolis, Minnesota. <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Ad.Clerk: <br />Trustees: <br />Allan B. No further bids were presented, The <br />Mayor declared that the bids be closed. The Clerk was instructed to <br />open the bids. The Bid submitted by Dedolph Const. Co. was included <br />in his other bid envelope. Permission granted from Representative of <br />Dedolph to open envelope.
