There were 4 ayes <br />for approval. <br />Mayor Crane called for bids on Street Improvement 1961 -1, no <br />additional bids were brought forward. Construction, but the decision <br />to award the contract was postponed until later in the meeting. <br />Mayor Crane called for the Public Hearing on Condemnation of <br />Buildings. <br />Attorney Meyers explained to the two signaturees as to the reasons <br />for this action. The premises of the third Condemnation Case location <br />of 8430 Eastwood Rd. had already been cleared. <br />Mrs. Engar Rickard spokesman for the property at 8247 Spring Lk. <br />Pk. Road explained that there was no easement to her home for repairs <br />and the premises are used only for storage. After considerable dis- <br />cussion the Mayor declared that this Condemnation Proceedings be <br />postponed for two weeks so that a further report could be made by the <br />Building Inspector to the Council. <br />
