EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the <br />-Red Oak School <br />in said Village on the 22 day of May <br />1961 with the following members present: A.Crane, L.Blanchard, <br />P.Malvin, M. Charistensen, and D.Hodges <br />and the following members absent: <br />MemberChristensen introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST OF ASSESSMENTS <br />HAVE BEEN PAID. <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments <br />have been paid, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of prepaid <br />assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br />hereby accepted. <br />The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />list to the County Auditor. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member <br />Hodges <br />members voted in favor thereof: <br />, and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />five <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br />none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />:‘e <br />or <br />
