EXTRACT CF MINUTES CF MEETING <br />CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL LF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MCUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a „ecr <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of M.Lpunds View, Minnesota, <br />was held at the ...aed LA Schao 1 at „ 1io .t ds Vipw ., Minnesota, on <br />i° onday, August 14th, 1961 at '• otclock P. a with the following <br />members present: <br />Crane, i3lanchare, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: <br />None <br />tr tr r �r t� tr t �r v t �r <br />7S it x !: �'n-'7c 7W1 it* it <br />The attorney read a motion that he drew up under the Councils <br />direction regarding water filtration contract. <br />Motion by ivalvin to authorize execution of a contract with <br />d.i W Hickey, the Hickey, upon the execution cf an escrow agreement between the <br />illage of Mounds View and the Turboma tic Co, and the First State Bank <br />of New Brighton. The Escrow agreement shall cover $5,000.00 in bonds <br />to guarentee satisfactrry performance of the filtration plant covered <br />by the contract and shall be in effect for three years from the <br />acceptance date. <br />The contract shall also embody the terms of a letter filed with <br />the Village from the Turbomatice Co. sighed by H. M. Mueller and dated <br />August loth, 1961. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded <br />by member hi„ ,stensen , and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />members voted in favor therof: <br />Crane Blanchard, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin <br />and the following voted afainst the same: <br />- <br />None <br />whereupon said motion was declared passed. <br />
