Motion by Blanchard to concur with the Plan- <br />ning Committee recomendation and allow a variance for Mr. Ralph <br />Edberg at 7870 Greenwood Dr. Seconded by Christensen. 5 Ayes. <br />Item No. 2. Motion by Christensen to concur with Planning <br />Committee recommendation and allow property at 2323 County Rd. <br />I to be sub - divided as requested. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Christensen to have Building Inspector rescind <br />permits on the two buildings, being built by Mr. Wallace Groberg, <br />until such time that plans are presented from a State certified <br />engineer or architect. <br />The Mayor called three times for second to the motion. <br />There' being -none, the Eno -aim was declared dead. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve the Groberg Plot Plan for <br />lots 1 and 2 Spring Lake Park Hi; ;hlands Addition as presented. <br />Seconded by Malvini 4 Ayes* Malvin, Blanchard, Hodge, and Crane. <br />Naye Christensen. <br />At this point the meeting was reeessed for ten minutes. <br />Meeting was called to order at 10 :25 P.M. by Mayor Crane. <br />The attorney's report was then given and the following action <br />taken: <br />A resolution relating to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer <br />District was read. Mr. Malvin moved for adoption of Resolution <br />No. 75. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />A Memo regarding the airport expansion was read. (Copy on file) <br />The attorney was instructed to check into the bills passed by the <br />1961 session of the State Legislature in regards to proposed <br />street plans. <br />Ordinance No. 84 ammending Ordinance No. 66 WHICH IS �N <br />ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />INTOXICATING LI'UOR, REPEALING INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES, AND PRO- <br />VIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION, was read and discussed very <br />thoughly and the following action taken: Motion by Crane <br />to adopt Ord. No. 84, Seconded by Malvin. Christensen abstained. <br />4 Ayes. Motion carried, <br />Ordinance amending Ord, No. 82 REGARDING SET UPS was read. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Ord. No. 85 and repeal Ord. No. 82, <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes, <br />An Ordihance.-re the pumping of cesspools and septic tanks <br />was read. Motion to adopt Ordinance by Malvin. Seconded by Crane. <br />After some discussion it was felt that a more thorough study of <br />this Ordinance should be made before any action is taken. Second <br />and motion withdrawn. <br />
