00010 <br />-4- <br />Mayor Crahe referred to the police Commission a complaint <br />from Mrs. R. Sullivan that when she called for a police officer <br />regarding a bother some salesman she received no response. <br />Complaints were received from :residents in the area where. <br />a house is to be_located at a lot other than where neighboring <br />residents were led to believe when they signed a petition allowing <br />this move. The basement for this house was dug without a permit, <br />The Mayor announced that it had been red taged by the building <br />inspector. <br />'rilliam Kelner, 7850 Greenwood Dr. complained that last year <br />his request for a set back variance had been refused, yet this year <br />his neighbor was granted a variAhcef the Council recommended that <br />he petition this to the Planning Commission. <br />Trustee Melvin asked Mayor Crane to appoint someone else to be <br />in charge of procuring supplies for the Village. <br />Motion by Crane that the Council approve the licenses sub- <br />mitted, Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes for approval. (List attached) <br />Motion by Crane t?iat the Council approve the payment of the <br />bills submitted. Motion seconded by Christensen. 4 Ayes for <br />approval.
