EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING or THE VILLAGE COUNCIL or THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the oak Scher said Village on the day of july 1961 jpoia. with the following members present: /Ai( and the following members absent: r4,14k: Member ere,719 moved its adoption: troduced the following resolution and A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to be modified or divided, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of modifications and divisions, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2. Such assesseent shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear Merest at tOe rate pa 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1961. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. I.
