EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Wounds View, Minnesota, <br />was held at the Red alp School. at Mounds View , Minnesota, cn <br />Monday, August 14th, 1961 at : SX) o t clock ',I , with the following <br />members present: <br />Crane, Blanchare, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: <br />None <br />The attorney read a motion that he drew up under the C:;uncilt's <br />direction regarding water filtration contract. <br />Motion by Malvin to authorize execution of a contract with <br />D.W. Hickey, upon the execution of an escrow agreement between the <br />Village of Mounds View and the Turbomatic Co, and the First State Bank <br />of New Brighton. The Escrow agreement shall cover $5,000.00 in bonds <br />to guarentee satisfactmry performance of the filtration plant covered <br />by the contract and shall be in effect for three years from the <br />acceptance date. <br />The contract shall also embody the terms of a letter filed with <br />the Village from the Turbo matice Co. sighed by H.M. Mueller and dated <br />August 14th, 1961. <br />The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing was duly seconded <br />by member Christensen_ , and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />members voted in favor therof: <br />Crane Blanchard, Christensen, Hodges, and .a�vin <br />and the fell: wino voted afainst the same: <br />None <br />whereupon said motion was declared passed. <br />
