PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY CCUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Donald Hodges at 8:00 P.M. Anderson, Julian M. Johnson, and Ronald Smith, <br />appreared before the Council requesting tentative approval of a plat plan. <br />(Johnson Terrace.) This matter had been before the Planning Commission <br />eight months before. After considerable discussion regarding street and <br />walk thru easements the matter was referred to Milt Stole and the Village <br />Planner. <br />Mr. Dave Swanson of N.S.P. appeared in regards to the <br />industrial development report available from his company. Mr. Sullivan <br />explained what had been done previously in the Village and Mr. Swanson <br />recommended that a chairman be appointed that would have available some <br />extra time to devote to the job. He presented to the Council copies of <br />a similiar type report done for the Village of Maplewood and also copies <br />of a questionaire to be completed. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the Engineer that the <br />Council wishes to meet with the bidders on the acoustical job for the <br />meeting hall on February 10th, 1962. <br />Motion by Blanchard to have Mr. C. Van Zandt,1950 Valley <br />View Lane, audit the books according to a prior motion made December 26th, <br />1961. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute <br />agreements with attorney-fiscal agent and dog catcher. Seconded by Malvin. <br />4 ayes. <br />
