-3- <br />000029 <br />Mr. Don Robertson, a contractor, appeared requesting <br />a variance so that he could construct a 4 -piex on the N.E. <br />corner of Sunnyside Road and Highway 10. <br />Motion by Sullivan to waive the square footage requirements <br />on the following conditions. 1- Only one building will be <br />permitted to be constructed on this lot. 2- No building <br />will be allowed on the adjacent lot until sanitary sewer <br />is available. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes. Melvin Naye <br />The'Clerk read a letter recieved from Mr. Walter <br />Ehr ot x_1,7 of Route 1, Wyoming, Minnesota. (Copy on File.) <br />He requested an extension of time to remove condemned <br />sub - standard building from his lot at 7643 Edgewood Drive. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send a letter requesting <br />removal of this building no later than May 1, 1962. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept Engineers contract as presented. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane that the Engineer be authorized to search <br />the minutes and prepare a report regarding his authorization <br />from the Council on water projects. Seconded by Malvin 5 Ayes <br />The Engineer reported on the finding of the State Department <br />of Health on the water plant. We have a rating of 92 now and it <br />is expected that this rating will be closer to the possible <br />perfect 100 when the plant is complete. <br />The Engineer presented some bills from the Twin City <br />Testing Lab. for payment.On request of the Clerk these bills <br />will be presented again at the next regular meeting. <br />The specs and plans for the dehumidification and duct work <br />are not complete as yet, according to the engineer. <br />Motion by Crane that the Engineer be authorized to propose <br />plans and specs for acoustical ceiling and the dehumidification <br />and duct work in the utility building. Seconded by Blanchard <br />5 Ayes. <br />The Engineers Office was directed to obtain the legals <br />for the public hearing on Clints Addition. <br />The Engineer recommended that new developers be directed <br />to ploce money in escrow to pay for Village Engineer services. <br />The Attorney reported that the appeals from Moga, Skiba <br />and Voge in the matter of water assessments would be heard <br />Curing the week of March 12 and that the members of the <br />Council c.nd the Engineer may be requested to appear. <br />Secs for the new police car were referred tothe Police <br />Co- niccion for study. <br />The Attorney recommended certain changes in the letter <br />to be sent to the delinquent water accounts. <br />
