Garbage haulers would also-be allowed to continue with the <br />same restrictions. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify all licensed garbage and <br />rubbish haulers that they are required to travel on the side <br />streets at a reduced rate of speed and that if they do not comply <br />they will be held in violation of agreement and not allowed to <br />operate until road restrictions are lifted <br />Motion by Sullivan to authorize Mr. Skiba to contact Mr. <br />Robert Boyer regarding employment by the Village to do patching <br />of roads and if he is not available to find suitable substitute. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer was instructed to prepare plans for land - <br />scapiriTand surfacing of parking lot and adjacent erea around <br />Utility Building. <br />Motion by Crane to authorize Paul Boog, Administrative <br />Deputy Clerk, to attend Planning Commission meetings as a non- <br />voting member to expidite applications and reports. Salary <br />for attending such meetings to be $2.00 per hour. Seconded <br />by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer was directed to have a list of phone numbers <br />to call for emergency work on water system, for Village Office <br />The Attorney read a Resolution modifying water assessments. <br />Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution # 97. Seconded by Blanchard <br />5 Ayes <br />A letter from Mr. Dedolph regarding amount of money still:, <br />held by Village for work completed was read and referred to the <br />Attorney. <br />A Resolution regarding Sunday Closing Ordinances was <br />presented by the Attorney. This was discussed at some length <br />by all concerned. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #98. <br />Seconded by Crane. SAyes <br />The Engineer was directedto arrange a meeting with the <br />Metropolitan Airport Commission regarding relocation of Highway #10. <br />Mr. Daihlgren,Village Planner, Mr. Sullivan, and Mayor Crane will <br />attend. <br />The Engineer presented the preliminary report for stem <br />sewer in the Bronsin and Quincy Area. <br />Mr. Alvin Hillsdale, 7850 Spring Lake Park Road is to <br />be requested to appear at the next Agenda Meeting regarding this <br />drainage problem. <br />The Plans and Specs for the acoustical ceiling was received <br />and placed on file. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses (list attached) <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />
