Seconded3bylCrane,Hearin5 Ayes <br />The Engineer advised the Council to insure the water tow <br />immediately, so as to have full protection, er <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the insurance agents and <br />have policy executed. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the occupants of the homes <br />on St. Stephens Street that at an informal meeting on April 21, 1962 <br />at 1:00 P.M. the Council and the Village Engineer would present <br />a solution to their drainage problem. <br />Motion by Crane to order plans and specs from Village Engineer <br />on improving of Hiliview Road from Highway #8 to Quinc <br />to prepare right of way acquisition for same, according to Street <br />aid specs. Seconded by Hodges. <br />5 Ayes <br />The Attorney informed the Council that the matter of the <br />extra charges claimed by the Dedolph Construction Company was <br />still not resolved and advised against any payment at this time. <br />Motion by Crane to authorize the Clerk to apply for releif <br />f taxes and assessments on the ro ert <br />from Mr. Foley and Mr. Porter. Seconded by Hodges. <br />5 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane to have Attorney request County Board of <br />^.ommissioners to improve Judicial Ditch #1 in Village of Mounds <br />liew.
