-5- <br />030065 <br />Beginning next week,traffic will be restricted to local <br />traffic only on Spring Lake Park Road from Highway #10 to the lake <br />as a county storm sewer improvement project is undertaken. <br />Trustee, John Sullivan, Road Commiss.., is to look into <br />a complaint of children digging dirt from boulevards and <br />throwing it into the streets. <br />Following a number of complaints registered against the <br />William Lewis property, Attorney Meyers was authorized to <br />write letters warning that "junk" busses and debris be cleaned <br />up, that the practice of sweeping out busses on the street <br />be discontinued and that faulty equipment be fixed up. If the <br />situations are not remedied, neighbors say they are ready to sign <br />complaints to bring the matter to Justice Court. <br />Attorney Meyers was also instructed to inform the owner <br />of property being used for the dumping and burning of <br />combustibles that the practice must be discontinued and the <br />area filldd in within two weeks. <br />Trustee, Perry Malvin, health and welfare commissioner, is <br />to meet with Mr, Henry Dyslin to follow up on a complaint of rats <br />coming into the Twelve Oaks area. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
