-3- 0300~ <br />The Engineer presented a preliminary storm sewer report for <br />the Knollwood Drive from County Road H -2 to Woodale Drive. <br />The Clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Ben Falk regarding <br />a possible easement through his property for drainage and the <br />Engineer was instructed to prepare an alternate drainage system <br />possibly of just open ditch type. <br />After some discussion the Public Works Department was <br />authorized to seed boulevards in the Village that were disturbed <br />through water or gas projects. <br />An Ordinance regarding storing of junk vehicles was presented <br />and read by the Attorney. <br />Motion by Malvin to adopt Ordinance # 92. Seconded by <br />Sullivan. 5 Ayes <br />The Public Works Department was directed to purchase and <br />install "Slow- Children Playing" signs between Sherwood Road and <br />County Road J on Groveland Road. <br />Motion by Crane that the Village accept the water utility <br />Building as completed and pay balance owing on contract of <br />$10,138.15 to Karl Dedolph Company on condition that he sign <br />a release, releasing the Village of all liability under the contract. <br />The Village Attorney to execute♦ Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes <br />Malvin Naye <br />An Ordinance regarding licensing of sewage carriers was <br />presented and read by .the Attorney. Motion by Hodges to accept <br />Ordinance # 93. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes <br />A resolution modifying water assessments was presented by <br />the Attorney. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 106. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />The Attorney reported that the claim for water damage by <br />Duane Hagen was in the hands of the previous liability insurance <br />carrier. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. (list <br />attached) Setonded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted with the <br />exception of one from Midwest Planners Check # 939. Seconded <br />by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Mr. Sullivan was directed to arrange a meeting with Mr. <br />Howard Dahlgren, Mr. Milt Stole, Mr. Richard Meyers, and himself <br />to discuss the claim presented by Mr. Dahlgren. <br />Motion by Sullivan to purchase 1 set of statute books, 1961 <br />edition, for Village use. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />The next agenda meeting will be on June 7, 1962 at 4 :00 P.M. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
