-4 - <br />0d0102 <br />Motion by Blanchard to concur with Planning Commission's <br />recommendation and have building inspector notify Mr. <br />Haluptzok that he must move the garage from the lot line <br />on Lot 21, Spring ake Park Hillview Addition and conform <br />with setback requirements. <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the County platting <br />Commission that only a preliminary approval had been given <br />to the Haluptzok plat. <br />The building inspector was instructed to inform Mr. <br />Haluptzok to attach the garage at 7800 Gloria Circle to the <br />old house or remove it so that the house will conform to <br />the character of the surrounding houses as previously <br />requested and agreed to. <br />The building inspector was notified to contact the <br />owner of the Mounds View D -X Station at 1925 Highway #10 <br />regarding his request to start a junk car yard behind the <br />station. <br />The Engineer presented a preliminary report #4 on the <br />Knollwood drainage problem. ( on file) <br />After considerable discussion the following action <br />was taken: <br />Motion by Crane to construct the Knollwood drainage <br />system as presented in preliminary report #4. The Engineer <br />will invite bids for the project. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />The Attorney was instructed to get drainage easements <br />from the affected lots. <br />The Engineer was instructed to have fill placed on the <br />Boulevard right of way at 7150 Knollwood Drive, Mr. Waibels <br />property to bring it up to street grade. <br />The Engineer will bring information on the parking lot <br />lights to the next meeting. <br />The Attorney presented a resolution regarding water <br />assessment modifications. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #109. <br />Seconded by Crane. <br />5 Ayes <br />Motion by Sullivan that the Attorney be authorized to <br />file a counter -claim against the Dedolph Construction Co. <br />in behalf of the Village. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane to have the Attorney prepare a contract <br />with the fire department on the formula of $100.00 per <br />square mile and the balance of the $17,000.00 budget be <br />based on the full and true value of property within the Village. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes <br />The audit was received from Mr. VanZandt and presented <br />to the Councilmen for study. <br />
