-3- <br />O 012l s.. <br />A letter from the Fiscal Agents for the North Suburban Sewer <br />District regarding a resolution for application for Federal Funds <br />was read and discussed, <br />Motion by Malvin to adopt Resolution # 113.. Seconded by <br />Blanchard. 5 Ayes, <br />Mr, Hodges stated that the proposed budget for the Youth <br />Activities Committee is $150.00+ <br />Mr. Malvin reported that Spring Lake would be re- stocked this <br />fall and again next spring according to Mr. Ed. Salverda, County <br />Commission. <br />Mr. Sullivan reported the following: <br />1. Sodding on Gloria Circle and St. Stephens completed. <br />2, The Walk -thru between Quincy and Ericksen near the <br />Pinewood School is being posted to eliminate motor traffic. <br />3. The Parking Lot and Edgewood Drive complete except for <br />final sand and oil treatment. <br />4. Edgewood Drive from .County Road H -2 south will be posted <br />"Slow School" or something similar. <br />The Building inspector presented preliminary plans for the <br />"Oasis" a night club and motel combination being proposed by Mr, <br />Andrew Simon. These were found to be incomplete and the plans will be <br />returned to Mr. Simon for corrections. <br />Motion by Crane to waive requirement of zoning Ordinance and <br />allow a 9' 2" side yard set back for Mr. Douglas Ingram, 2292 Lois Dr, <br />Seconded by Hodges, 5 Ayes, <br />Motion by Malvin to waive requirements of zoning ordinance and <br />allow a 4' protection to the front of home of Warren Hertenstein, <br />2102 Hillview Road, Seconded by Hodges, 5 Ayes, <br />Mr, Piehowski requested advice on what action he should take <br />regarding a blacktop driveway at 2236 Oakwood Drive, <br />The attorney advised that 10 days after a letter to the <br />contractor, if no answer is received, then a Council action should <br />be started. <br />The Council was informed that the Contractor had no permit <br />and no license to operate in the Village, <br />The Inspector will notify the Council of action taken and <br />results of action at next Council meeting, <br />The owner of the fire•gutted buildings on Irondale Road has <br />informed the building inspector that he will remove them. <br />The Engineer stated that after tabulation of bids he recommends <br />the acceptance of the bid of Montgomery Construction Company, <br />M otion by Blanchard to concur with Engineer's recommendation and <br />accept the low bid of the Montgomery Construction Company, St, Croix <br />Falls, Wisconsin in the amount of $17,443.00 for Project # 1962•2 and <br />$27,333,20 for Project # 1962 -3. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />
