(Copy on File) <br />1. A letter from the Clerk's Cffice to vr. Don Brett, <br />regarding steps to be taken before receiving a permit for a <br />Drive -In Theater. <br />2. mR. J.R. Stockstead appeared requesting information <br />on rezoning property at 7955 Groveland Read. <br />ic;tion by Sullivan to set a tentative date for a Public <br />Hearing on this matter, if all required papers are turned into <br />the Village Office prior to the next regular meeting. Hearing <br />to be Cctober 22, 1962, at 8 :00 P.M, Seconded by 5 Ayes. <br />Planning Commission to hold meeting with Council. <br />The Planner will be asked to present a report on this matter <br />prior to the hearing. <br />.:lotion by Sullivan to concur with Planning Commission and <br />issue special use permit to Anneapolis Star and Tribune to erect <br />a branch station, (Temporary Building) at County Road I and Adams <br />Street. Building Inspector will issue building permit. Special <br />use permit tc be renewed yearly. Norbert <br />8379 Red Cak Drive to raove a house into his property on <br />conditin that he will present a bond or cash in the amount of <br />$250.00 and that he will conform to the requirements set forth <br />in Drdinance 462 within 90 days from this date. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />The Clerk was instructed to request the Bard of County <br />Commissioners to notify the Village of their plans for County <br />Road I frJm Highway #10 to Groveland Road. <br />A new member for Planning Commission is requestd to fill <br />the unexpired term of 1r. H. Thorson, who moved from the Village. <br />bbtion by tqalvin to concur with Building Inspectors recommenda- <br />tion and waive requirements of zoning ordinance to allow a <br />3 foot variance to front yard setback fur Anthony Schmuda, <br />7660 Greenfield Avenue, Minneapolis 32, WAnnesota. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Building inspector to notify present owner of a home at <br />2236 Oakwood Drive to correct drainage problem created by <br />blacktop driveway. <br />
