-4- <br />Mr. Donald Hanson, 7851 Sunnyside Road requested a special <br />permit. Motion by Malvin to authorize the Building Inspector <br />to issue a building permit allowing a variance on the size of <br />a garage from 650 square feet max. to 720 feet. <br />Seconded by Sullivan; 4 Ayes <br />On Recommendation of the Building Inspector, Chris <br />Piehowski, court action should be taken against Mr. Robertson <br />regarding the apartment dwelling on Highway #10. <br />Attorney Meyers presented an affidavit and a Notice of <br />Condemnation for the premises located at 8281 Spring Lake Park <br />Road. Motion by Crane to hold the condemnation Hearing at 8:00 <br />on November 12, 1962 for the building at 8281 Spring Lake Park <br />Road. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />The Engineer was instructed to install a water connection <br />at all premises where residents refuse to sign the prescribed <br />refusal form. <br />The Attorney reported on a request to install propane <br />storage tank for Well House #2. This is to be referred to Engineer. <br />Attorney Meyers presented a proposed amendment to Ordinance <br />#74 regarding lot assessing subdivided lots. <br />Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution #115 modifying assessments fo <br />for area, lateral and service 1960 -3 . Seconded by Sullivan. 4. Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve the bills submitted. Seconded <br />by Crane. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to approve the licenses submitted, except <br />General Contracting License for Roi Construction, which should be <br />approved by the Building Inspector. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers was instructed to study and make a recommendation <br />on the 5 year contract with N.S.P. for street lights. <br />Motion by Crane to direct the Attorney to set -up Public <br />Improvement Revolving Fund. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes <br />The Engineer is directed to submit a report relating to the: load <br />limits on the Village Streets, what others have established and what <br />is recommended for the type of roads in Mounds View. <br />A special meeting will be held on Thursday, October 11, 1962 <br />at 3 :00 to determine the assessment roll for Clints Addition Storm <br />and Street Project # 1962 -1 <br />Motion by Malvin to approve the following as Election <br />Judges and Election Counters. <br />Precinct # 1 <br />Election Judges Election Counters <br />Bernice Ehlers (R) Ellen Anderson (R) <br />Grace Aleckson (R) Eileen Anderson (D <br />Bernice Schaffhausen (D) Vera Budick (D) <br />
