_4.. 030149 <br />A letter regarding Judicial Ditch #1 and action being <br />taken by the County on this matter was presented by the Attorney <br />and 'placed on file. <br />The Engineer reported the possibility of the existence of <br />a drainage culvert beneath the surface of the Judicial Ditch. <br />The Engineer will contact the County Engineer on this matter <br />and keep the Village informed. <br />If no delay in construction will be encountered, the panel <br />strips over the door in pump house #2 will be replaced with <br />metal for better services. <br />The Engineer reported that the excavation work on the back- <br />wash drainage ditch will begin on October 24, 1962. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted (list attached) <br />except for Check # G 1252- Midwest Planning and Research. <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. D.R.
