-3- <br />0J(J:t6_L <br />Mrs. White, owner of the Skyline Motel, requested an <br />extension of a special permit for parking a house trailer <br />in back of the motel. <br />Motion by Malvin to issue extension of special permit <br />because of hardship conditions for parking of a house trailer <br />behind the Skyline Motel at Highway #8
 for 90 days. <br />(expiration date, February 26, 1963.) Seconded by Blanchard. <br />5 Ayes. <br />Mr. George Gustafson appeared requesting subdivision of <br />five acres of land on Spring Lake Park Road. <br />Motion by Crane to concur with Planning Commission's <br />recommendation and approve the preliminary plat for <br />Gustafson's Second Addition as presented. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Minutes of Planning Commission were read and placed <br />on file, <br />The Clerk was instructed to see that Mr. Piehowski, <br />Building Inspector, will receive one copy Df any new <br />subdivision in the Village. <br />Mr. Ken Ballenger reported that the Village Survival <br />Plans are still being worked out by Civil Defense Department. <br />Mr. Ed Dropps appeared requesting a variance of 3' on <br />side yard set back on an odd shaped lot. <br />Motion by Blanchard to waive zoning ordinance, allowing <br />building to come within 7' of neighbors property line. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Building Inspector will check with County Register <br />of Deeds to see if land subdivision of above land has been <br />recorded. <br />Ordinance #97, an Ordinance setting up a Public Improvement <br />Revolving Fund was presented and read by the Attorney. <br />Motion by Malvin to adopt Ordinance #97. Seconded <br />by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Resolution # 116 was presented and read by the Attorney. <br />(Correction of Assessment) Resolution was referred back to <br />the Attorney to confer with Engineer for verification. <br />The Attorney will present a written report on the <br />Barry Bond Matter. <br />Motion by Blanchard to have Engineer prepare the Assessment <br />role for Water Project 1962 -2 and 1962 -3. <br />Seconded by Malvin . 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to allow the 41st District North DFL gamy° <br />to , at the Village hall the 1st Tuesday of each montn <br />and urther extend the same priv " ^ to the GOP if requested. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />The Mayor reported that a meeting with the Army Officials <br />and the Twin City Arsenal officials would be held at the <br />Arsenal, Wednesday, November 28, 1962, to see if Mounds View <br />could use some of the sewer capacity available on the Arsenal line. <br />
