The Developers of a large tract of land in the Village <br />requested the Council to allow the Village Engineers to do <br />some work for them. _ Because <br />of a possibility of some comflict or interest, the Council <br />advised the developers that they could notallow the Engineer <br />to do this work. <br />The Mayor reported that the assessed valuation for the <br />Village had been raised from $1,855,163.00 to $1,891,485.00 <br />an increase of #36,322.00. <br />A report from the Highway Department on the development <br />of the Freeway #35W through 1965 was received and filed. <br />The matter of an water extension on Groveland Road <br />was referred to the Engineer for personal contact with the <br />party involved. <br />Motion by Sullivan to grant extension for the special permit <br />to park a House Trailer at 8375 Groveland Road until February 26,63. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />The Clerk was instructed to price voting machines and report <br />to the Council. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills presented except # G ..1329 <br />to Mr. Charles Jackson.(list attached) Seconded by Crane 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted subject <br />to approval by Inspectors. Seconded by Crane, 5 Ayes. <br />The Clerk informed the Council that the Boy Scouts <br />will hold another work party on the park North of the Village <br />Hall on December 8, 1962. <br />Motion by Malvin to pay expenses incurred by Boy Scouts <br />on December 8, 1962. Seconded by Crane, 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to adjourn.
