PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNDIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />Minutes of meeting prescribed by statute held on January <br />2nd, 1963. at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10. <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Crane at 8:00 P.M. <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustees: <br />Also Present: <br />Adm. Deputy Clerk: <br />Building Inspector <br />Public Works <br />Allan B. Crane <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Donald Hodges <br />Perry Malvin <br />John L. Sullivan <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Chris Piehowski <br />Walter Skiba <br />The Building Inspector reported that the plans for Skelly <br />Oil station at Groveland and Highway #10 were in order and <br />complete and recommended approval. <br />Motion by Malvin to authorize issuance of building permit <br />as recommended by inspectors. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses. (list attached) <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills.(list attached) <br />Seconded by Sullivan 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to make the following appointments: <br />Newspaper New Brighton Bulletin <br />Bank First State Bank of New Brigh, <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Health Officer Dr. Houle <br />Chief of Police Ernest Grabowski <br />Plumbing and Heating Walter Skiba <br />Building Inspector Chris Piehowski <br />Electrical Inspector Robert Edmond <br />Acting Mayor Donald Hodges <br />Deputy Clerk Paul Boog <br />Public Works Supt. Walter Skiba <br />Delegate to RCLMO Donald Hodges <br />Allen Crane (alternate) <br />The above motion was seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to have the Building, Electrical, and <br />Plumbing and Heating Inspectors attend conferences and school <br />at the University of Minnesota on January 14, and 15, 1963. <br />Village to pay expenses incurred.
