-4 - <br />OJDO2 ? <br />Motion by Sullivan to approve Change Order # 2 for Water <br />Project 1962 -3. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />The Engineer reported on water complaints submitted by Mr. <br />Rustad and Mr. Hodges. Motion by Crane to authorize the Engineer <br />to have a chemical analysis of the Municipal Water at the source <br />compared with the sample taken from the complaintants homes. The <br />comparison would determine if the Municipal Water is damaging <br />the water heaters in homes. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to instruct the Engineer to prepare two <br />seperate assessment roles - 1962 -2 and 1962 -3. The Public Hearing <br />to be held April 22 at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to direct the Attorney to write to the <br />Twin City Arsenal answering questions relating to projected figures <br />on sewer use. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />The Attorney reported that his investigation of Mr. <br />Clarence Peterson's Liquor License Applicatior has proven satisfactory. <br />The Attorney reported that the Dedolph Case is ohthe <br />Ramsey County Court Calendar. <br />Mayor Crane reported that the Fire Marshall Ordinance is <br />still under investigation, and that the Trailer Park Ordinance will <br />be discussed at the next Agenda Meeting. The Attorney Was directed <br />to attend the March 18th Agenda Meeting.. <br />The Attorney reported on NSF Ordinance # 96. He pointed <br />out the need of encouraging more water Hook -ups throughtout the Village. <br />Motion by Malvin to pay the bills. Seconded by Hodges. <br />(list attached) 4 Ayes. <br />The Treasurer was authorized to release the bank custodian- <br />ship receipts for fifty thousand dollars to Federal Home Loan Banks. <br />Request from Mr. C. P. Philippi to have five dogs without <br />a Kennel License was denied. <br />Motion by Malvin to purchase a $277.75 buffing machine. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to purchase a Thermo -Fax copying machine <br />to cost up to $450.00. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
