-3- <br />An informal meeting with a repreā¢ entative from the HighWaP3'37 <br />Department regarding 35W was set for April 10, 1963 at 5 :30 P.M. <br />A resolution modifying assessments was presented by the <br />Attorney. Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution # 120. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />The Attorney made a brief report on the joint municipal <br />court at Minnetonka, but due to the newness of the court no real <br />information as to costs is yet available. <br />The Engineer presented estimates of the costs of cleaning of <br />Judicial Ditch # 1 for Council study. <br />The water analysis undertaken recently has been turned over <br />to the Twin City Testing Lab. and should be ready for the next <br />regular meeting, the Engineer reported. <br />Motion by Hodges that a possible open ditch drainage for <br />Hilltiew Park be investigated by the Engineer and a preliminary report <br />prepared. Seconded by Sullivan. 1 Naye - Crane 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted. Seconded <br />by Crane. (List attached) 5 Ayes. <br />Motion. by Blanchard to approve licenses. Seconded by <br />Malvin. (List attached) 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to authorize variance from Ordinance # 92 as <br />requested by Mr. Stanchfield and Mr. Roundsley allowing an additional <br />30 days for the removal of vehicles from their property. Thirty days <br />to expire May 8, 1963. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. Roy Gale, Deputy Fire Marshall, reported that he had issued <br />a burning permit in error to a resident that had subsequently received <br />a summons for violation of burning ordinance. This matter was discussed <br />and referred to the Police Commission. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adjourn.
