PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />0J0042 <br />Persuant to due call and notice thereof a Special <br />Meeting of the Village Council was called to order at 5:40 P.M. <br />April 15, 1963 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway # 10. <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Also Present: <br />Adm. Deputy Clerk: <br />Engineer: <br />Public Works <br />Allan B4 Crane <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Perry Malvin <br />Donald Hodges <br />John L. Sullivan <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Les Knutson <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 121 approving <br />Minnesota Department of Highway Plans for the improvement <br />of Truck Highway # 35W within the limits of the Village of <br />Mounds View and to adopt Resolution # 122 approving Minnesota <br />Department of Highways special provisions identified <br />as S.P. 6284 -23,30 for the improvement of Truck Highway <br /># 35W within the limits of the Village of Mounds View. <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer had given his recommendation to approve <br />both resolutions. <br />Motion by Sullivan to adjourn.
