'-4- <br />0J0046 <br />The Council agreed that Mr. Jansen could sell fill from his <br />property to the contractor working on 35W with the following <br />stipulations: <br />1. Engineer will set grade level in relation to proposed <br />frontage road. <br />2. Inspection will be made to determine if grade has been <br />maintained after completion of removal of fill. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling $5,409.67. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses subject to Bonds and <br />Insurance from applicants. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to issue temporary permit to Mr. Boe 2111 <br />Terrace Drive for storing of vehicle in violation of Ordinance # 92 <br />until April 25, 1963. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />The Clerk presented copies of the C.P.A. Audit to each Council <br />member and to the Village Attorney. <br />The Clerk was directed to make copies of the C.P.A. letter <br />of recommendation of bookeeping practices for each councilman. <br />The next agenda meeting will be May 6, at 5 :00 P,M. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the Ladies Auxiliary to <br />VFW Post 6889 that their request for the meeting hall on Tuesday <br />evening was denied because of other uses for the hall on that night. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
