(5) <br />030058 <br />Engineer, Les Knutson, was instructed to notify the County <br />to do the work on Eastwood Road, instructed to the fact that the surplus <br />material from Oakwood Park be moved to Greenfield Park. <br />Knutson reported on status of Deep Well # 2, can be operated <br />at this time, pumping 850 pallons per minute. <br />The Council and the Attorney Richard Meyers, agreed his <br />charges on fiscal work would be a minimum of $750.00, a mamimum of <br />$2,500.00 otherwise % of 1% of first half million and 1/8 of 1% <br />over first half million. Meyers submitted a memorandum relative to the <br />vacation of an alley within a platted area. The Attorney was instructed <br />to contact R. Eigenheer about vacation easement. <br />Meyers submitted an application for relief, regaring taxes <br />to be abated, Lot 7,8,25, and 26, Spring Lake Park Hillview also, <br />Lot 5, Block 9 Twelve Oaks Second Addition owned by Village for Parks. <br />Motion by Hodges to pay bills submitted in the amount of <br />$3,066.08.
