NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, will meet at the Edge- <br />wood Junior High School in the Village <br />of Mounds View on December_ 5, 1963, <br />at 8:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of <br />holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />construction of a sanitary sewer im- <br />provement consisting of the following: <br />1. A sanitary sewer interceptor system <br />including conduits, lift stations, highway <br />crossing, utility buildng, maintenance <br />equipment, street resurfacing, neces- <br />sary surface drainage, foundation mater- <br />ials, boulevard restoration, tree removal <br />and service connections, such system to <br />provide trunk sewer and interceptor fa- <br />cilities to the entire Village and to <br />serve also as lateral sewer to all premises <br />abutting on the streets described below. <br />2. Sanitary sewer outlet to be furnish- <br />ed under a cooperative agreement with <br />the North Subarban Sanitary Sewer Dis- <br />trict. <br />The estimated cost of the above im- <br />provement is $2,573,740. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for <br />said improvement will include the en- <br />tire Village. Those properties which abut <br />on the interceptor system and derive <br />lateral sewer benefit will be additionally <br />assessed for such benefit. The properties <br />to be so additionally assessed will be <br />those abutting on the following streets <br />or portions of streets: <br />on Ardan Avenue and Ardan Avenue <br />extended from Jackson Drive to Red <br />Oak Drive; on Jackson Drive from <br />Sherwood Road to Ardan Avenue; <br />on Sherwood Road extended from <br />Jackson Drive to Quincy Street ex- <br />tended; on Quincy Street extended <br />from Sherwood Road extended to <br />Hill View Road ; on Quincy Street <br />from County Road I to Bronson <br />Drive; on Bronson Drive frm Quincy <br />Street to Edgewood Drive ; on Coun- <br />ty Road I from Long Lake Road to <br />Edgewood Drive ; on Jackson Drive <br />from Bronson Drive to County Road <br />11-2; on County Road H -2 from <br />Jackson Drive to 700 feet east on <br />easement; 700 feet east of Jackson <br />Drive from County Road H -2 to <br />Trunk Highway No. 10; on north <br />side of Trunk Highway No. 10 from <br />easement 700 feet east of Jackson <br />Drive to Interstate Highway 35W <br />west right -of -way; on County Road <br />I from Groveland Road to Spring <br />Lake Park Road; on Spring Lake <br />Park Road from County Road I <br />to County Road H -2; on County <br />Road H -2 from Spring Lake Park <br />Road to Pleasant View Drive; on <br />Pleasant View Drive from County <br />Road H -2 to County Road H; on <br />Woodale Drive from west corporate <br />limits east to Pleasant View Drive; <br />on County Road 11 from Pleasant <br />View Drive to Knollwood Drive; on <br />County Road 11-2 from Red Oak <br />Drive to Long Lake Road; on Long <br />Lake Road from 300 feet north of <br />County Road 11-2 to Woodcrest <br />Drive; on Woodcrest Drive from <br />Long Lake Road to Fourth Street; <br />on Fourth Street; from Woodcrest <br />Drive to County Road H; on Coun- <br />ty Road H; extended from Fourth <br />Street to Trunk Highway No. 10. <br />All persons who wish to do so may <br />file their written views or objections and <br />also may appear and be heard at the <br />above time and place. <br />Dated November 8, 1963. <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL <br />L.
