03010.13 <br />-3- <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing for the house moving called for <br />this date at 9 :00 P.N. The Clerk read the published notice and stated <br />that all forms were in order and that requested mailed notices had been <br />sent. Several citizens questioned th petitioner about the home in an <br />informal manner and the Mayor then called 3 times for objectors to the <br />proposal. There were none. <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve the request and to grant the building <br />inspector authority to issue the necessary permits to Mr. Evert T. Boer - <br />have to move the home onto lot 6, block 2, Johnson Terrace. Seconded by <br />Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling $10,353.74. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to issue Electrical Contractor license to B. N. <br />Grinde, 8864 Lexing {on. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />The meeting was recessed for 15 minutes. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 9:30 P.M. <br />The Mayor opened the Public Hearing for rezoning of Clint's Addition. <br />The Clerk read the published notice and stated that all necessary <br />forms and procedures had been completed and that required mailed notices <br />had been sent. <br />The petitioner presented preliminary plans for the duplexes he <br />wanted to construct and answered several questions from the audience. <br />The Mayor called for objectors to the proposal: <br />NAME ADDRESS OBJECTION <br />1.
