-3- <br />The Attorney presented a resolution regarding apportionment of <br />assessments due to lot splits. <br />Motion by Rustad to adopt resolution #153. Seconded by LaVaque. <br />5 Ayes. <br />Divisions included in the resolution are: 33089 - Area and Lateral, <br />33067 - Area and Lateral, and 33068 - Area,Lateral, and Service. <br />A memo and resolution regarding designation of Silver Lake Road <br />was presented by Mr. Meyers. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt resolution #152. Seconded by Rustad. <br />5 Ayes. <br />The contract for Engineering services by Comstock and Davis was <br />presented by the Attorney. Motion by Rustad to approve the contract <br />and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by Hodges. <br />4 Ayes. Sullivan naye. <br />A memo regarding liability for damage caused by County equip- <br />ment doing village work was presented for study. <br />A letter from the Department of Health regarding the Chies Dump <br />was read and filed. <br />The Mayor opened the Public Hearing on the relocation of a <br />building within the village. <br />Mr. Donatelle stated that he wished to move the Pinewood Club <br />now at County Road I and Highway #8 to his property at County Road <br />H -2 and Highway #10 for use as a supper club. The Mayor called 3 <br />times for objectors to the proposal. There were none. The Mayor <br />closed the hearing at 9:40 P.M. Motion by Rustad to concur with the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation and allow the relocation of <br />the Pinewood Club from it's present location to: <br />All that part of the SE of the NW* of Section 8, Township <br />30 North, Range 23 West, lying SW'ly of the center line of <br />Trunk Highway #10 as open through said SE of NW* by final <br />order recorded in "111" Misc. 77, EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE <br />FOREGOING TRACT which lies NE'ly of the line run parallel <br />with and distant 75 feet SW'ly of the Following described <br />line: Beginning at a point on the E. and W. u line for <br />700 feet and thence terminating; together with a trian- <br />gular piece adjoining and SW'ly of the above described <br />strip, distant 150 feet NW'ly of its intersection with <br />a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet N. of the E. <br />and W. border line of said Sec. 8; thence run SW'ly to <br />a point on said 33 foot parallel line, distant 150 feet <br />W. of said intersection; containing 0.42 acres, more or less, <br />in addition to the existing highway; together with all the <br />right of access, being the right of ingress to and ingress <br />from all that portion of the above described tract to the <br />above described triangular piece. <br />for use as a supper club. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. <br />
