EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #155 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota was held at the_2111 in said Village on <br />the 23rd day of March 1964 with the following <br />members present: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard, John L. Sullivan, <br />Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaque <br />and the following members absent: none <br />Member Blanchard Introduced the folkwing <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THE ATTACHED LIST <br />OF ASSESSMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID: <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that <br />certain assessments have been paid, <br />NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following <br />list of prepaid assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted. <br />The Clerk shall forthweith transmit a certified <br />duplicate of this list t) the County Auditor. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Rustad <br />and <br />upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor <br />thereof: Donald Hodges, John L. Sullivan, Lloyd Blanchard, <br />Ingram Rustad, Charles LaVaque <br />and the following members voted against the same: none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
