PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VTEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., July 13, 1964 at 2401 <br />Highway # 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Trustee: <br />Trustee: <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney: <br />Engineer: <br />Adm. Boog <br />Irene Edberg <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of June 22, 1964 <br />as presented. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of July 6, 1964 as <br />5 Ayes. <br />presented. Seconded by La Vaque.. <br />Motion by Rustad to grant extension of permit for junk <br />vehicle parked at 2294 Bronson Drive. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />The Council gave informal approval to Mr. A. Berkeland's <br />request for a subdivison allowing 832 front footage on his lot <br />adjacent to Johnson Terrace. <br />Mr. William Dobendrier requested the Council to grant him the <br />special use permit for a trailer park at Hillview Road and Highway # 8. <br />He was advised by the Village Attorney that before the permit could be <br />granted all conditions of the ordinance must be met. <br />Mr. J. Clobes appeared before the Council with an informal <br />complaint about a neighbor raising chickens, ducks, etc. He presented <br />a copy of a letter from his doctor stating the allergies of his <br />children and this letter and complaint were referred to Mr. La Vaque. <br />for investigation and recommendation. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve revised preliminary plot plan <br />for Parkview Addition. (C.Larson Developer) Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />The Attorney was instructed to prepare a revision to the <br />Building Code abolishing the contractors bond and requiring a certificate <br />of insurance including liability coverage. <br />The Clerks Office will notify contracts of the above action. <br />The Council advised the Clerkts Office that the requirement <br />seperate licenses for Plumbing and Heating contractors will remain <br />as it is. <br />The Mayor announced that a special meeting would be held on <br />Tuesday, July 14, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. for the opening of the bond bids. <br />
