PROCEEDINGS OF THE !-47I LLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />0097 <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M,, September 14, 1964 <br />at 2401 Highway # 10. <br />Present Were! <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Trustee: <br />Turstee: <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Attorney: <br />Adm. Boog <br />Motion by Rustad to accept the minutes of August 24, 1964 <br />as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes, Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Schott to accept the minutes of September 1, 1964 <br />as presented. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mayor Hodges recognized Mr, Les Knutson, Engineer, and <br />Mr. Charles Walton, developer. They presented a __c;_lest to the <br />Council for the temporary use of the Mounds View Sanitary Sewer <br />Interceptor lines for waste disposal for an area located at the <br />S.E. Corner of Blaine. This area, approximately 200 acres, will be <br />severed from the Village of Blaine by new Highway construction. <br />Mr. Walton stated that the owners agree to met Mounds View Village's <br />requirements regarding the maintenance, repair, and posting of <br />necessary bonds to cover these items. The use of this system would <br />be until such time as is indicated by exceeding the flow capacity <br />of the trunk sewer, or by the direction of the Village Council, or <br />by North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District Action. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve the request to connect to the <br />Mounds View Village Sanitary Sewer Interceptor System subject to the <br />approval of the NSSSD. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to allow Mr: Marvin Friedlund a <br />variance to build on a 33' frontage and divide his lot on completion <br />of proper applications, Seconded by Rustad, 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. D. Dahl and William Bobendrier, owners of the Colonial <br />Village, Inc. - Mobile Home Park North of Hillview Road, reported <br />the receipt of approval of their plans from the State Health Dept. <br />They requested permission to begin construction and submitted a <br />letter of approval from the Department of Health. They submitted <br />plans for their community building together with the plot <br />layout for the Mobile Home Park. <br />Motion by Blanchard to authoriz3 the Attorney to prepare <br />the final special use permit for the Colonial Village, Inc. and refer <br />plans to the Building Inspector. Seconded by Schott. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion Carried. <br />
