-2- <br />G Oi17 <br />The Engineer reported that the Attorney is to attempt <br />to get the necessary easements for Silver Lake Road and the County <br />Engineers Office will provide the legal descriptions for same. <br />Motion by Blanchard to receive, and approve the plans and <br />specs for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project 1964 -3, calling for <br />lateral service in the Pinewood and Twelve ')aks areas. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />After some discussion regarding costs for water service on 2 <br />parks, Motion by La Vaque to hire Clark and Moore to work together <br />with the Village labor to install water services and hydrants on <br />Hillview and Lambert Parks at an approximate costs of $742.50. <br />Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. <br />The Engineer read a letter from the County Engineer <br />that in effect, denied the request of the Village for a service road <br />along 35W from County Road H -2 to Highway # 10. <br />The matter of relocation of Highway # 10 to the North <br />end of the Village was referred to an agenda meeting. <br />The, plans for 35W from South Corporate Limits to the North <br />Corporate limits of the Village were referred to the Engineer for <br />study and recommendation. <br />The Attorney noted that the owners of the race track in <br />Blaine have made an informal request to the Council for annexation to <br />Blaine. <br />The Attorney stated that he was still working on the <br />Shoreview Agreement. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 177 regarding <br />lot splits for assessments. Seconded by Schott. ��'" 4 Ayes. <br />Above resolution covers division # 34119, 34134,. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling <br />$5,115.24. Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses. Seconded by Schott. <br />(list attached) 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 176 reducing <br />the amount levied for dept redemption. Seconded b J. Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to enter into agreement and authorize <br />the Mayor and Clerk to sign supplemental agreement with Highway Dept. <br />for additional work , Highway # 35W surface water drainage crossing. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />The Clerk announced the f ol'.. owing meetings: <br />Election judges and counters - 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, ')ctober 28, 1964 <br />Ramsey County League Meeting - 8 :00 P.M. Wednesday, 'ctober 28, 1964 <br />Motion by La Vaque to adjourn.
