VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />0J014-')0 <br />A special meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />held at the Village Hall - 2401 Highway # 10 to canvass the votes <br />of the Village Election of November 3, 1964. The meeting was called <br />to order at 7:00 P.M. on November 4, 1964 by Mayor Hodges with the <br />following members present: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Donald C. Hodges <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Charles D. La Vague <br />Ingram Rustad <br />Arthur Schott <br />Adm. Clerk: Paul E. Boog <br />At the annual Village Election of the Village of Mounds <br />View in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, held at <br />Red Oak School, Pinewood School and Edgewood Junior High School, <br />being the place where it was declared to be 'held by the Village <br />Council after giving due notice thereof as provided by law . The <br />Election Judges duly took and subscribed an oath or affirmation to <br />faithfully discharge the duties required of them at such Election; <br />and the said Judges being duly qualified, forthwith opened the pelts <br />by proclamation, and the Election proceeded by ballot adjournment <br />or intermission until closed. <br />The subjects voted on at such Election, as stated in the <br />Notice thereof,were to elect: <br />1 <br />2 <br />1 <br />Clerk <br />Trustees <br />Justice of the Peace <br />At 8:00 O'Clock in the evening of said day the polls were <br />closed, proclamation thereof having been made by one of the Judges <br />thirty minutes previous thereto. The Judges then proceeded to <br />publicly count and canvass the votes, and a true statement thereof <br />was duly proclaimed to the voters by the Clerk who recorded the <br />same in the Village Minutes Book. <br />STATEMENT OF RESULT OF CANVASS <br />The following is a true statement of the results of the <br />counting and canvass of votes by ballot at the Annual Village Election <br />of the Village of Mounds View, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br />held November 3, 1964 as proclaimed to the voters by the Clerk <br />of Election from a meeting of the Mounds View Village Council <br />acting as a canvassing board as prescribed by Minnesota Statue <br />205.06, Subd. 2 <br />
