EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF rEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View <br />Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th <br />day of ET/ember 19 64 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. <br />with the following members present: dodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott <br />and the following members absent: Blanchard <br />Member 14g,es introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br />that the Village of :bends View construct a highway and surface wuter <br />drainage system <br />AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary <br />to acquire The North 60 feet of the South 232.50 feet of the North ! 05 feet <br />South 1215 feet of the West 528 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Town <br />30, Range 23, except therefrom Red Oak Drive. <br />f the <br />ip <br />A strip of land 60 feet wide lying in the North one -half of Lot 67, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, <br />Ramsey County, the centerline of said strip of land is described as a line parallel to and <br />2404.50 feet south of the North line of the Northwest Quarter (N4: 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, <br />Range 23. <br />An easement over the following described real estate; The North 15 feet of the following described <br />property; except Red Oak Drive, the North 405 feet of the South 1215 feet of the West 528 feet <br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most <br />feasible location for such highway and surface water drainage system <br />is on the land above described; <br />AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such title <br />and easements by right of eminent domain; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View <br />proceed to procure title to such land and easement under its right of <br />eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed <br />to file the <br />
