EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW , MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_maaliaL__ <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of_h91414§_illew <br />Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 9th <br />day of <br />November <br />1964 at 8:00 <br />o'clock ,D1].. <br />with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaques Rusted and Schott <br />and the following members absent: Blanchard <br />Member Hodees introduced the folloWing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br />that the Village of Mounds View construct a surface water drainage system <br />AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary <br />to acquire An easement ove The South 20 feet of the following described property; <br />except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198 feet of the South <br />1620 feet of the East 200 feet of the West 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of the South 1620 <br />feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. <br />A temporary construction easement over The North 10 feet of the South 30 feet of the following <br />described property; except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198 <br />feet of the South 1620 feet of the East 220 feet of the west 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of <br />the South 1672 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of section 6, Township 30, Range 23. <br />An easement over The Nest 25 feet, except the South 20 feet, of the following described property; <br />except Long Lake Road and except the West 2112 feet and except the North 198 feet of the South <br />1620 feet of the East 220 feet of the West 2640.55 feet, the North 405 feet of the South 1620 <br />feet of the Northeast tlarter (NE 1/4) of Sectieu 6, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minn. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most <br />feasible location for such surface water drainage system <br />is on the land above described; <br />AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such <br />easements by right of eminent domain; <br />Nu THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View <br />proceed to procure title to easements over such land under its right of <br />eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed <br />to file the <br />
