-2- <br />OJ6i36 <br />Mr. Foss submitted the Norseman. Plot plan for approval. <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve the final plat plan for <br />Norseman 1st Addition and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign it. <br />(Located at County Road H -2 and Raymond Avenue - 14 duplexes) <br />Seconded by Schott. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. E. John :Abdo, Attorney, representing Harold Ellsworth <br />and Harryankhanel who applied for a special use permit to build a <br />Mobile Home Park on the Moga - Rice Creek Area. <br />Motion by La Vaque to refer this matter to the Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Ramacher, Manager of the Bel Rae Ballroom, requested <br />permission from the Village Council to install a reflector on the <br />Village '`later Tower. This reflector is to allow live T.V. to be <br />broadcast from the Ballroom. <br />Motion by Hodges to refer to the Attorney the question <br />of legality of leasing Public property to private individuals and <br />instruct the Attorney to give an opinion on the request to permit <br />installation of a reflector on the Mounds View Water Tower to be used <br />as a TV Pntenna. The Council would call a special meeting to discuss <br />and to take action on this request. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Hodges stated that the dog catcher had been instructed <br />to enforce the dog control ordinance at all Village Skating rinks. <br />Mr. A. Hillsdale requested information on the drainage <br />problem on Bronson Road and Adams. This was referred to the Engineer. <br />Mayor Hodges reported on the Mobile Home Park Developement <br />meeting held on December 7, 1964 at the Village Hall. This <br />referred to the Moga -Rice Creek area. <br />Mayor Hodges reported on the December 10, 1964 meeting in <br />St. Paul for the Suburban Mayor and Officials. The meeting requested <br />by Mayor Vavolis, spent time discussing the entire range of suburban <br />problems. <br />Mayor Hodges reported that the ice skating rinks are ready, <br />the warming houses are open, and attendents are working. <br />Trustee Rustad asked about having a warming house on Spring <br />Lake. Mayor Hodges reported that some steps are being planned toward <br />this goal. <br />Trustee Rustad read the Police report for November. (on file) <br />After some discussion about winter parking near the apartments on <br />Groberg Avenue the Council decided to enforce the Snow Bird Ordinance. <br />Rustad read the B and E Patrol report for November. <br />Rustad reported on the meeting held with the Minnesota <br />Highway Department. <br />Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolut''on # 180 approval of Trunk <br />Highway # 35W Plans from Arms Plant to Wort C .. to Limits, Portion <br />Layout # 6D.S.P. 6284 -21; 0280 -01. Seconde Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion Carried. <br />
