Mr. Blanchard stated that the reason for the above motion <br />was that if the Council initiated the rezoning on their own, it m Jj(1 43 <br />be so construed that the Council has made their decision before the <br />public hearing. <br />Motion by Blanchard to discontinue water billing at <br />7905 Greenfield until leak at curb stop is repaired. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to send inspectors to University of <br />Minnesota center for continuation study for the annual inspectors <br />conference and school, with expenses incurred to be born by the Village. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to purchase a new four <br />drawer file cabinet for the inspection department. <br />The Engineer reported the following: <br />1. Change Order # 1 - Project 1964 -2 <br />2. Proposed water extension on County Road H extended. <br />3. Quincy - ,dams drainage problem. <br />4. Twelve Oaks area park drainage and upgrading. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve Change Order # 1 on water <br />mroject 1964 -2 and authorize The Clerk and Mayor to execute. <br />jeconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to order preliminary study from Engineer <br />`or water extension on County Road H from Irondale Road to Highway # 10 <br />and to set a public hearing on this matter at 9:00 P.M., February 8, <br />'..965. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Quincy - Adams drainage referred to the agenda meeting. <br />Proposed upgrading of park property in Twelve Oaks area <br />_iferred to agenda meeting. <br />Mr. Meyers presented the lease agreement for the Bel -Rae <br />Ballroom to use the Village 'rater Tower for T.V. Aerial. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve license application. <br />(list attached) Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay all bills submitted totaling <br />75,417.89. (list attached) Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />A letter from the County Attorney regarding taxes at Lake - <br />side Park was referred to the Attorney. <br />As assessment correction for Lot # 7, Block # 2, Johnson <br />trace was referred to the Attorney. <br />Mr. Hodges at the request of a citizen will prepare a report <br />n)n the Village parks and recreation committee. <br />Mr. Rustad will check on the Bel -Rae Ballroom teen dances <br />ascertain what is being done in regards to the Mounds View School <br />District "Better dress code." <br />Motion by Rustad to adjourn..
