Parcel 20. The fee title to A parcel of land situate in the southeast <br />corner of Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision No, 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />described as follows: That part of said Lot 59 that lies east of a line <br />40 feet west of and parallel to the following described line: Beginning at <br />the south tuarter section corner of Section 6, Township 3U, Range 23, thence <br />north along the north and south suarter section line of said Section 6 for <br />a distance of 477.20 feet to the beginning of a 9° 00' curve to the right; <br />thence along said curve (having a central angle of 40° 35', a tangent of <br />235,39 feet and a radius of 636.62 feet) to said parallel lines' inter- <br />section with the easterly line of said Lot 59 and there terminating. <br />Parcel 21. A temporary slope easement, disposal and/or stock piling over <br />Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision N. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota to expire <br />upon completion of this project. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most feasible e <br />location for such highway i8 en the lands above described; <br />AND WHEREAS, it has becoiu nacesary to procure title to such lands and <br />sasainents by right of eminent domain; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View proceed to <br />procure title to such lands and easements under its right of eminent domain and that <br />the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed to file the necessary petition <br />therefore and to prosecute such action to d successful conclusion or until it is <br />abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the village or by the court; that the village <br />attorney, the mayor and the clerk do all things necessary to be done in the commencement, <br />prosecution and successful termination of such action. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member LaVaque, and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor <br />thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, LaVaque, Rusted and Malvin <br />and the following niexnbers voted aginast the same: one <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />ayor <br />Attest: <br />/*/ L <br />Village C <br />ark <br />chard <br />STATg OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY WS. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW ) <br />the undersigned, being the duly sualified Clerk of the Village of <br />
