-2- <br />Mr, Gene Skiba, owner of property to the South of this area, <br />stated that the important thing in this proposal was that this improve.' <br />ment would start things moving in this area. Mr. Skiba expressed hope <br />that this proposal would be approved by the Counci. <br />Trustee Rustad discussed the spending potential of the Mobile <br />Home owners as an asset to the Village. <br />Trustee La Vaque indicated that this developement might tend to <br />be an incentive to other promoters to build something in the Village <br />to serve these people. <br />ClItk Blanchard asked whether Mr. Ellsworth intended to <br />manage this Mobile Home Park by themselves. <br />Mx, Ellsworth answered that they would manage the Park <br />themselves& That they were in the rental business and not in the <br />business of buying and selling. The Park Management would pay for all <br />improvements in the park - sewer, water and roads at not cost to the <br />Village. <br />Mrs. Rybak asked if this park would mean that another <br />school would be required to be built. <br />Mrc Donald Wendt stated he didn't believe this Park would <br />necessitate another school. It was a fact that not many children <br />came from Mobile Home areas,in the past. <br />Mayor Hodges called for objectors three times - none <br />appeared. <br />Mayor Hodges declared the hearing closed at 9:00 P.M. <br />Motion by Blanchard to refer this matter to the next <br />regular meeting for a decision so that all Council Members could vote <br />on this request. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adjourn.
