PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />030011 <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />Minutes of January 11 corrected as follows: Page 1, Para.9 <br />Line 3. Stike sentence "This referred to information relative to the <br />election being contested by her husband,' Insert "This referred to a <br />request for the number of ballots ordered for all contests in the <br />November 3, General Election in Mounds View." <br />Motion by Hodges to accept minutes of January 11, 1965 as <br />corrected. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of January 18, 1965 <br />as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />The Mayor reported that Mr. Olson, from the Public Examiners <br />Office had met with the Council and had given a rough estimate of the <br />cost of a Public Examiners Audit as being in the $3,000 to $7,000 <br />range. <br />Mx. RustaH reported for the NSSSD requesting the Council <br />to set up a new rate schedule for water use at their proposer; pumping <br />station rrus to the excessive amount of water requirer to maintain <br />service. (referrer; to the next agenda) <br />Motion by Blanchard to rezone the following land from R -1A, <br />B -1 anH L -1 to 8 -3 with a special use permit for establishing a trailer <br />Mobile Home Park. <br />Subject to Highway, the South Eight (8) acres to part of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE %,NE %) Westerly <br />of line running Southeasterly 425 feet Mr)L from North Section line <br />and par with anH 75 feet Southwesterly from CL of STH 10 -62; thencs <br />Southeasterly to point 495 feet North of and 516.12 feet West of South <br />and East Lines of saidW4; thence South 493 feet par with East Line of <br />Section 17, Township 30, Range 23; and a corridor strip no greater <br />than 100 feet wide for access to TH 10 on the South east corner of <br />said parcel containing 12 /100th of an acre more or less. <br />And subject to Highway, the Northwest Quarter of the North- <br />east Quarter (NWel NEW of Section 17, Township 30, Range 23. <br />
