Mr. Boehm, Village Engineer, presented final plans and 0 J 0 0 2 4 <br />specs for the Maintenance Building; fcr 1965 -4 interceptor project <br />and water project 1965 -1. <br />Motion by La Vaque to accept final plans and specs for <br />Sanitary Sewer Project 1965 -2, 1965 -4 and water project 1965 -1; <br />and to advertise for bids for above projects. Seconded by Blanchard. <br />5 Ayes <br />Bid Closing date and time, March 22, 1965 - 8 :00 P.M. <br />Mr. Riastad reported on the following: <br />1. Police report for January, 1965. (on file) <br />2. Police use of Radar Traffic control device on loan. <br />3. N.S.S.S.D. meeting at which it was decided to furnish <br />member communities with model crdinances for sewer. <br />Motion by Blanchard to re -set Public Hearing originally <br />scheduled for this time as developer had not been able to furnish <br />necessary certificate of ownership as required in time for 10 day <br />mailing. Said hearing was for rezoning from R -1A to R -3, of <br />The East % of the ^West / cf the Northeast % of the Northwest <br />VI of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23 and the West % of the East <br />of the Northeast y of the Northwest % of Section 8, Township 30, <br />Range 23, for Mr. Charles Larson, developer. New hearing date to be <br />Monday, March 8, at 9 :00 P.M. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />The Mayor opened the Public Hearing for the vacating of the <br />Edgewood Drive. <br />The Clerk read the legal notice and verified its publishing <br />and mailing. <br />The Attorney explained the reasons for the hearing. The <br />Mayor called three times for objectors - there were none. <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br />Motion by Malvin to vacate the following cul -de -sac on <br />Edgewood Drive described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner <br />of Lot 17, Block 5, Pinewood Terrace # 2, Village of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence south along <br />the West Line of said lot 17 a distance of 55.19 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning; thence on a curve, to the left with a radius of <br />20 feet and delta angle of 90? 32' 30" a distance of 31.61 feet; thence <br />east along the South line of said lot 17, a distance of 72.19 feet; <br />thence south on a line parallel to the West line of said Pinewood <br />Terrace #2 a distance of 66.91 feet; thence on a curve to the right <br />with a radius of 62.5 feet and delta angle of 90 °,32' 30" a distance <br />of 98.77 feet; thence west on a tangent to last said curve a distance <br />of 28.91 feet; thence North on a line parallel to and 33 feet east <br />of said West line a distance of 149.81 feet, more or less, to the <br />actual point of beginning.
