W. c )rner of Knollwood and H.2. <br />The Attorney t <plained what the Council was doing in its <br />preliminary survey and xplained the terms destroyed, condemned, <br />and severly damaged as se in report <br />Motion by L< /ague that the list of damaged property be <br />incorporated into the minutes. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />La Vqu requested that Gene Skiba print in the paper <br />(New Brighton Bulletii: a request that citizens in severly damaged <br />area report insurance adjustments to the Council. <br />Mayor Hodge: praised the Police Department, Civil Defense, <br />Water Department, Salvation Army, and all others who have worked long <br />and diligently throuchout this disaster:. <br />Concerning personal salvage; the Attorney suggested that the <br />Council set a time Emit on this action. No action taken at this time. <br />Motion by 3lanchard that displaced persons be allowed to live <br />in trailers in the d)vestated area with a special use permit. This <br />permit will be for 9 days with renewal options, The Council must <br />know the location of each trailer. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />
