-3- <br />A proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance # 128 was presented <br />by the Attorney. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adopt Ordinance # 130. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />The Attorney reported on correspondence received from the <br />State Industrial Commission regarding the water tower and a letter <br />from F.H.A. regarding financing in Mounds View. (on file with Attorney) <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling <br />$58,431.47. Seconded by Malvin. (list attached) 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. <br />(list attached) Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />The Council names Mr. Hodges, Mr. Malvin, Mr. La Vaque <br />and Mr. Blanchard to certify as to when tornado cleanup is complete <br />under the Herbst Contractt <br />Motion by Blanchard to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to <br />execute the R. Bona Easement and to settle this matter for $200.00 <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />The Attorney reported that the necessary permission has <br />been received to do the Pinewood - Terrace drainage cleanup. <br />A letter of Resignation was received from Mrs. Arlene <br />Robinson, Clerk Typist. (on file) <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept the resignation with regret <br />and write a letter of appreciation to Mrs. Robinson. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
