Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. <br />Mr. Rustad reported that the Village of Spring Lake Park <br />is pumping water out of Spring Lake in response to demands by Mounds <br />View residents who complained of high water caused by Spring Lake <br />Park, in connection with their sewer project. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve variance request for <br />Mr. A.P. Nelson, 2310 Knoll Drive, allowing 51 side yard set back <br />on west side of property.
