PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OP MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY C lUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad at 8 :00 P.M. on C)ctober 25,1955 <br />at 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Mayor: <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Treasurer: <br />F u blic Works: <br />I.C. Blanchard <br />Charles La Vague <br />Perry Malvin <br />Donald Hodges <br />Sheldon Boehm <br />Eldon Comstock <br />Irene Edberg <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by La Vague to approve Minutes of October 11,1965 <br />meeting as presented,. Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve Minutes of October 18,1965 <br />meeting as presented.. Seconded by La Vague, 4 ayes. <br />Mr. Rustad reported that sewer service from N,S,S,S.D. was <br />available to all villages in the district but Mounds View, but would <br />be ready for our village near January 15,1966. <br />Motion by La Vague to order from Northern States Power <br />6000 lumen lights at the folio wing locations. <br />1. Half -way between Highway 10 and Co. Rd. J on Spring <br />Lake Road <br />2. Intersection of Greenwood and Woodcrest <br />3, Intersection of Hillview and Eastwood <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. <br />A developers request for personal opinion of the Council <br />regarding the chances for a mobile - home park near Long Lake Road <br />and County Road H2, was presented. The Council indicated that this <br />development would probably not be approved due to nearby residents <br />objections, <br />National Funds Inc. presented a request for elimination of <br />basement on their Mobile Home Park utility building. <br />Motion by Malvin to concur with Building Inspectors request <br />and eliminate the basement from the utility building at the Mobile <br />Home Park on H2 and Highway 8. Seconded by La Vague. 4 ayes, <br />The Police Department was authorized to release the <br />impounded pistol to the owner,, J.W. Iverson, of 2470 Clearview Drive. <br />
