recommendation and approve plans for Sunrise Methodist Church <br />at 2520 County Road I. Seconded by LaVaque 3 ayes <br />Motion by Malvin to appa'bve secondary building at <br />2031 Sherwood Road. Seconded by Rustad. 3 ayes <br />Mr. Skiba reported that 74 temporary sewer permits <br />have been issued and 18 homes have the lines run in. <br />The Engineer submitted two change orders. <br />Motion by Malvin to order change order number 1 for <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project 1965 - 3 Schedule A. (La- <br />metti and Sons). Seconded by Rustad4 3 ayes <br />Motion by LaVaque to order change order number 2 <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project 1964 - 2 Lift Stations <br />(Northern Contracting). Seconded by Rustad 3 ayes <br />The drainage problem on Hillview and Quincy was dis- <br />cussed. The Engineer reported that MSA Funds were not available <br />at this time. The work is to be sub - contracted to C. S. <br />McCrossan who has agreed to unit prices as allowed by the State. <br />Motion by LaVaque to concur with Engineers recommen- <br />dations and order Change Order Number 5, Schedule A for Sanitary <br />Sewer Interceptor and Surface 'dater Drainage Improvement Pro- <br />ject 1964 - 1, Seconded by Rustad. 3 ayes <br />The Engineer reported that three power poles are in <br />the roadway to the Maintenance Building. Northern'States;Power <br />will move the poles at no expense. Joslyn Electric submitted <br />an estimate of $50.00 to reconnect to Well House #2 after pole <br />relocations. The Engineer was directed to contact Joslyn to <br />reconnect the electricity to Well House #2. <br />Motion by Rustad to pay bills submitted in the amount <br />of $207,619.02 plus $118.05 from Disaster Fund. Seconded by <br />Malvin. (list attached). 3 ayes <br />Motion by Rustad to approve licenses submitted. <br />Seconded by LaVaque. (list attached). 3 ayes <br />A letter from the Agricultural Extension Service <br />requesting the use of the Village Hall from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. <br />on November 10 and November 12 was read. <br />Motion by LaVaque to allow the use of the hall and <br />waive rental fee if left in order. Seconded by Rustad. <br />3 ayes <br />A request from Mrs. Warren Nagel - DFL Chairwoman <br />to use the Village Hall from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. November <br />15 was denied. <br />Motion by Rustad to terminate Gayle Alick's employment <br />effective November 15 and hire Betty Ehrhardt, 5126 Greenwood <br />Drive, at $1.50 per hour effective November 15, 1965. <br />
