Gustafson submitted a request for rezoning <br />Lots 1, 2 and 30 Greenfield Addition from R1A to B -3. <br />Motion by Malvin that a public hearing be set for <br />November 22, 1965 at 9:30 p.m. on the above matter. Seconded by Malvin. <br />3 ayes <br />It was the decision of the Village Clerk to close <br />the office on Veterans Day, November 11, 1965. <br />Acting Mayor Rustad opened the public hearing on <br />water project extension from Groveland Road east on Highway 10 <br />to approximately 800 feet. <br />The Deputy Clerk read the legal notice and attested <br />to the printing and mailing of same. The Acting Mayor asked <br />if anyone wished to speak in favor or against the project. <br />No one present made any statement. <br />The Hearing was closed at 9:05 p.m. The decision <br />will be made at the next council meeting. <br />
