PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Hodges at 7 :00 p.m, November 15, 1965 at 2401 Highway <br />10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor Donald C. Hodges <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Charles LaVaque <br />Trustee Ingram Rustad <br />Absent: <br />Trustee <br />Perry Malvin <br />The water improvement project 1965 -4 was discussed <br />and the following action taken: <br />Motion by Hodges to order water improvement project <br />1965 -4+. Seconded by LaVaque 4 ayes <br />Motion by Rustad to award contract for water im- <br />provement 1965 -4 to low bidder, Sandstrom and Hafner, Inc., <br />in the amount of $11,000.00 and to authorize the Clerk and <br />Mayor to execute. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes <br />(List of bids attached.) <br />Motion by Rustad to approve the contract with Nor- <br />thern States Power regarding electric service for Municipal <br />Sewage Pumping and authorize payment of `1500.00 for Sewage <br />Pump #1, three phase electric service and further authorize <br />the Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by Blanchard. <br />4 ayes <br />Motion by LaVaque to enter pumping contract for <br />Municipal Sewer Pumping electric rates.
